Welcome to the RainbowMen Journey - A multidisciplinary retreat, where we will experience and take part in workshops from a variety of fields, all with a direct connection to our lives as Gay and Queer men in this world. It is a journey of self-discovery and opening of the heart, full of unique workshops, activities, and lots of playfulness. For some, this will be a week of fun, full of new experiences, meeting new people, and great food, while for others, it might become a transformative life-changing experience. During the RainbowMen Journey Retreat we will explore:

Day 1 - Welcome

20:30 Intuitive Stories. A workshop that allows us to connect, open our hearts, and get to know each other better.
Day 2 - Discovery
08:00 Yoga. Classic Hatha yoga morning flow to start the day.
09:15 Breakfast
10:30 Morning Circle
11:00 Yes Please! We learn how to set physical, emotional and mental boundaries, how to say Yes and No, and how to receive them.
13:00 Lunch
16:00 The collective Dancer. An improv and contact workshop where we examine the connection between our own body and that of others.
19:00 Dinner
20:30 Opeining Ritual WHERE AND WHEN???
Day 3 - Magical Body
08:00 Yoga. Classic Hatha yoga morning flow to start the day.
09:15 Breakfast
10:30 Morning Circle
11:00 Body Talks. Talking with and about my body. Exploring and sharing stories about sexuality, shame and pride as gay and queer men. Includes (optional) non-sexual nudity.
13:00 Lunch
16:00 Healing Touch. Discover and use the magical queer healing powers that lie inside each and every one of us.

Day 4 - The open sea
08:00 Yoga. Classic Hatha yoga morning flow to start the day.
09:15 Breakfast
10:30 Morning Circle
11:30 Sailing. A day out in the sea - today we go on a boat trip and explore the Aegean Sea, and enjoy the crystal blue waters!
13:00 Lunch. We will eat our lunch at a local tavern, in one of the stops we will make a long the way.

Day 5 - Letting go
08:00 Yoga. Classic Hatha yoga morning flow to start the day.
09:15 Breakfast
10:30 Morning Circle
11:00 Body as Art. Exposing ourselves and transforming our bodies into works of art. An artistic workshop with some deep emotional release. Includes (optional) non-sexual nudity.

16:00 Inner Diva. Releasing the inner diva that is hiding inside each and every one of us, and getting ready for tonight...
19:00 Dinner
20:30 The RainbowMen Show. Tonight we show our bright and shiny colors to our new retreat friends! It's going to be a night to remember!
DAY 6- Wild Spirit
08:00 Yoga. Classic Hatha yoga morning flow to start the day.
09:15 Breakfast
10:30 Morning Circle
11:00 Queer Hero's Journey. A guided imagery workshop through the milestones of our personal queer life journey.
13:00 Lunch. We take a short walk to the nearby village and enjoy a relaxed day at a Greek Tavern, followed by some beach time.

DAY 7 - Farewell

HIDDEN PARADISE Retreat Center
This RainbowMen Journey will take us to the magical Hidden Paradise Retreat Center in Spain, located in the mountains between Granada and Malaga. Check out the retreat center, the area, the facilities, the pool, practice facilities, food, and rooms. There's also a video... it is a truly a magical place, our home for our next RainbowMen Journey
