EROS is a deeply transformative, immersive weeklong training for gay, bi, trans, and queer men who want to explore their sexuality as a path of healing, spiritual awakening, and personal power. Set in a safe, consensual space, this training offers a supportive container to explore, celebrate, and expand your erotic energy through conscious community and heart-centered practices. ​

Throughout the week, you’ll experience empowering consent and communication, erotic breathwork and emotional release, tantric touch, naked connection, energetic bodywork, spaces to explore sensuality without pressure or performance,  various rituals, and Temples of Eros and Self Love, for solo and group practices.  You’ll be invited to connect more deeply with your body, desires, and boundaries while discovering how sexuality and spirituality unite to create a vibrant, alive expression of self. Together, we’ll build trust, explore new ways of intimacy, and celebrate the full spectrum of queer erotic life. The training is open to all levels of experience and emphasizes clear consent, respect for boundaries, and personal choice every step of the way. ​​

Important note: This training is a conscious, consent-based space for growth, connection, and the celebration of our sexuality and sexual energy. To support the safety and integrity of the experience, all participants are required to participate in a short discovery call with one of our facilitators.​

Day 1 – Welcome

• Intuitive Stories - creating deep connection

Day 2 – Consent is Fun

• The Circle of Consent - exploring our roles and behaviors in sexual spaces

• Sexual Body - Talking with and about our body. Exploring and sharing stories about sexuality, shame and pride as gay and queer men. Includes (optional) non-sexual nudity

• Centers of Consent - Understanding and communicating our personal boundaries, and those of others

 

Day 3 – Sexual Energy

• Sensual Emotional Release - A sacred journey into the heart of your body, emotions, and sexuality that invites you to reconnect with your sensual truth.

• Tantric Touch - A powerful, hands-on session involving focused, deep-touch techniques to release trapped emotions and raise the sexual energy in the body

• Heart Circles - Deep exploration of our current emotional and physical state
   

Day 4 – Eros Awakening

• Sexual Healing Touch – Awaken the innate power of sexual and physical healing powers that lives within each of us. Through sound, movement, and conscious touch, we aim to release blockages, activate pleasure, and deepen our connection to self and others

• Mindful-Anus - Reclaiming and awakening our relationship with the anus. We will explore its connection to pleasure, how it holds both physical and emotional tension, and its role in spiritual and sexual practice

• Temple of Self-Love  

 

Day 5 – Deep Exploration

• Tantric Lingam Exploration - hands-on workshop focused on effective touch techniques to increase pleasure and sensual awareness of the lingam. Through guided exercises, you’ll explore a variety of sensations, deepen your connection to your body, and cultivate confidence in experiencing and sharing sensual pleasure

• Breathwork Ceremony for Sexual Liberation

• Temple of Eros
   

Day 6 – Total Eclipse

• Living Love Ritual - All become one

• Space for desires 

• Closing Ceremony 
   

Day 7 – Lowering the Flame

This is an individual process that happens in a group environment, and a level of ability to be self responsible is needed to navigate the sexual spiritual space. We recommend that if there is known deep-seated trauma, individuals get approval to participate from a therapist before entering the group process.
